At POPSEL, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we are here to help.
Right of withdrawal
For online purchases, the consumer has, under the legally applicable terms, a period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to indicate a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact page, providing your order number and the product you wish to return. We will send you the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.
Return conditions
The product must be returned in suitable condition, preferably with its original packaging and including all relevant accessories, manuals, and other accompanying items.
There are products for which the right of withdrawal may not apply, in the cases provided for by the legislation in force.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to analyze the situation and provide a solution.
Return costs
In the event of a voluntary withdrawal from the purchase, the direct costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
If the return is the result of an incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming product, the conditions legally provided for will be applied, without undue costs to the consumer.
Before returning any item, please contact us to receive the respective instructions.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and analyzed, the refund will be processed via the applicable payment method, in accordance with the legally provided timeframes and conditions.
